The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through a literature review approach. The findings reveal that folk songs play a significant role in shaping aesthetic sensitivity, fostering love for life, homeland, and labor, and serving as a medium for expressing human emotions. Karakalpak folk songs have developed in close connection with the social and cultural life of the community and have been transmitted orally from generation to generation through a master-apprentice tradition. Musically, these songs exhibit diverse forms and can be classified based on their pitch range, melodic structure, and performance techniques into narrow-range and wide-range songs. Furthermore, folk songs function as a reflection of history, a marker of cultural identity, and a means of education and spiritual enrichment for the community. Therefore, Karakalpak folk songs are not merely a form of entertainment but also represent a valuable cultural heritage with significant aesthetic, educational, and historical importance
