Abstrak

This article examines effective methods of using cooperative pedagogy in the educational process. It analyzes the basic principles of cooperative learning, the importance of teacher-student interaction, and the role of small group work in developing motivation for learning and competencies. It also examines the use of interactive methods in the educational process, as well as methods aimed at developing independent thinking, creativity, and social skills in students. This study was conducted based on a qualitative descriptive approach and focused on analyzing the effectiveness of using collaborative pedagogy in the educational process. The study's results demonstrate that the use of cooperative pedagogy improves learning effectiveness, increases student engagement, and enhances learning.
